Servicing and Maintenance

A professionally installed Building Services system needs to be regularly serviced and recommissioned in order to maintain optimal functionality. Particularly in the field of energy conservation, a system will require “tweaking” to ensure it is operating as efficiently as possible throughout the year. Main plant will also require servicing to ensure efficient and trouble free operation. Dewco Limited do not offer Servicing and Maintenance as a separate service but we will create specific service agreements to maintain any systems that we have installed, ensuring that they continue to provide you with the same high standard of performance since the day they were installed.
