External Services

The services needed to make a building work are generally likely to include power, telecommunications, water and gas. Other mechanical services requirements could include oil supplies, or low, medium or high temperature heating supplies, and steam services supplied to a site from a centralised source. Frequently, external services link-ups may be needed between buildings which could include any of the above together with domestic hot water services. We design, engineer and install these mechanical services needed, together with BMS link-ups, to make our systems work. As designers, we naturally provide the drawings showing where these services are situated.
