Royal School of Military Engineering
The project consists of three separate accommodation blocks at different locations on the Minley site comprising a 117 bed Senior Ranks and a 69 and a 74 bed Junior Ranks SLA.
Each block has its own integrated plant room and these particular modules were fully fitted out in the factory. The blocks comprised:
Heating
A combination of Vaillant EcoTec Wall mounted and Vaillant EcoCRAFT floor standing high efficiency condensing boilers serving radiator heating circuits.
Plumbing
Boosted cold water, Andrews Maxxflo condensing water heaters and water efficient sanitary ware, all installed in British copper pipework.
Ventilation
Local Mechanical extract ventilation.
Building Management System
Trend IQ3 BacNet system providing mechanical system control, interrogation, monitoring and meter reading together with front end integration.
Site Services
Connection to site wide medium pressure gas main complete with low pressure regulator assembly.
